People and Platform: Whether it’s a digital platform like a Made Open platform, a physical space or a communications channel, platforms must be user-centric. Involve people in choosing, testing and refining these platforms.

People and Process: People are more likely to engage when processes are transparent, inclusive and adaptable. Co-design workflows where possible.

People and Partners: Partnership is more than formal agreements - it’s a human connection. Encourage inter-partner communication at all levels, not just leadership.
